24-Hour Medical Staffing is looking to hire Registered Nurses to join our fast growing healthcare professionals.
- Pay : $38.73 per hour
- Shift : Monday through Thursday 6:30 am-4:00 pm, every other Friday 6:30-3:00 pm
- Type of Assignment : Contract
- Duration : 9 months
- Work Location : Redondo Beach, California
Requirements:
- CA RN License & BLS
- 5 years of nursing experience in either Occupational/Employee Health, hospital setting, or health clinic
- Proficient in drawing blood, must be able to work until 4:00 pm, work independently, familiar with OSHA regulations, required to do AED checks in all site buildings across both campuses
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services and first aid to employees or persons who become ill or injured at work facilities
- Delivers OSHA and job/site-required surveillance program services such as hearing conservation or biological monitoring to employee populations in collaboration with appropriate functional teams.
- Maintains accurate recordkeeping in compliance with OSHA requirements; provides health promotion and disease prevention strategies; provides counseling, health education, and training programs as applicable.
- May work with industrial toxicology and/or hygienists to recognize environmental factors and/or stresses in or from the workplace that may cause sickness, impaired health, or discomfort among the workers
